TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment in full must be made before the commencement of the course.


2. Unfortunately we can make no refund for any classes missed by a student as Estilo Cubano incurs costs in preparation of the courses and the booking of the venues.


3. We reserve the right to cancel classes at the last moment and to re-arrange the class for another time and venue. We will endeavor make sure that all students are not inconvenienced.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

GROUP, SEMI-PRIVATE, AND PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS

Registration and payment must be received in advance to guarantee spot. Payment: Electronic Transfer EFT. Please note that all prices for group, semi-private classes, and private lessons are in South African Rands.

Refunds for Dance Lessons

Please note that there are NO refunds for all dance lesson bookings and NO credits for missed group and / or semi-private classes, or gift certificates purchased. At the discretion of the management, credit may be given toward future sessions in special circumstances (e.g., Medical with Doctor’s note).

Group and Semi-Private Workshop Missed Classes

Discounted package rates are available for group and semi-private classes. For students who miss or are unable to attend any scheduled group or semi-private classes, please note that there are no make-up classes. In addition, students will not receive credit for missed classes. Students may transfer their registration to another person for the same program set at no charge, providing there are spots available.

Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

For private and semi-private lessons, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed to cancel or re-schedule without charge. Each group & private lesson is approximately 60 minutes in length.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for group classes or private lessons. Recipients must specify and attend a group class program or private lesson within 12 months from the booking date indicated on the certificate, or the certificate will expire and will no longer be redeemable.

Special Offers & Promotions

From time to time, there may be special offers and discounts offered through official event, marketing, or activity partners. Please note that these offers cannot be combined with any other Offers & Promotions, and have no cash value. Offers, promotions and coupons can be used for any single purchase on regularly priced items only.

Other

• Video recording is prohibited, unless authorized by Estilo Cubano management.


• Cell phones must be placed on silent, vibrate or off while classes are in session.
